Quality control is divided into three inspection steps: material inspection, ongoing inspection/semi-finished product inspection, and finished product inspection.
Material inspection:
After receiving the delivery note from the supplier, the warehouse manager checks the incoming materials according to the delivery note: the quantity, type, and label content are correct, and then sent to IQC for inspection, temporarily received, and signed back to the supplier.

Ongoing inspection/semi-finished product inspection
After the pre-production samples are confirmed, the semi-finished product inspector inspects the online production line and reminds each group leader if the quality is abnormal. The team leader is responsible for arranging personnel to modify. Each online team leader is responsible for preparing semi-finished product inspection reports and daily inspection reports , The qualification rate and the number of rework data, and the tracking quality improvement report.
Finished product inspection
After the finished product is completed, the team leader of each line will conduct random inspections on the finished product, and only qualified products can be packaged. Unqualified products will be recorded immediately, the qualified rate of the finished product, and the finished product quality abnormal report form, and reported to the quality control.
